Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
became famous as an actor on the show
'Saturday Night Live'. He then starred in a variety of big-screen comedies,
like Elf and' Anchorman' and ‘Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was born in Irvine
in 1967. He began his career in comedy by being a part of the Los Angeles-based
group The Groundlings. His seven-year-long time as a Saturday Night Live cast
member helped him become one of the biggest comedians in the film industry. He
was famous for off-color hits like Anchorman The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004)
and Old School (2003). Ferrell co-founded Funny or Die, a popular video
streaming website. He also enjoyed the success of voiceovers for actors in
animated films like Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was conceived in
Irvine, California on July 16th, 1967. Will Ferrell was the eldest son of
Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell and teacher Kay Ferrell. He was, by
his own admission not the typical class clown when he was a University High
School student. Ferrell was quite reserved and quiet. However, he decided to
stand out in football. He set record for the the most field goals he scored.
Even in the more comfortable confines of his suburban residence, Ferrell
displayed little of the outrageous, humorous outbursts that would later help to
define his career.
